Privacy policy
When you request a valuation or register as a buyer, your name, contact details and answers go to a HubSpot account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites. The dollar figures you type into the estimator stay in your browser. Google Analytics and Vercel record which pages you read and a few form steps, such as the type of spa you chose, but not your name, email or phone number.

The valuation request and the buyer form are the only parts of this site that ask for your name and contact details, and both send them to a HubSpot account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites.

What happens to the details you enter?
Valuation requests. When you request a valuation, the form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, state, revenue range for the last 12 months and type of spa, plus your website and number of locations if you give them. The form is HubSpot's own embedded form: your browser sends your answers straight to a HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites, and HubSpot receives your IP address and the page you were on, as any web service does. HubSpot's form script may set cookies it needs to run the form, such as a bot-protection cookie. Wraith Brokerage, LLC uses the information to prepare your valuation and contact you about it, and otherwise as described in Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy.
The estimator. The valuation estimator works out its range in your browser. The revenue and SDE or EBITDA figures you type, and your answers about how involved you are in treatments, your busiest provider's share of revenue, memberships, your lease and your years in business, are not sent or stored. When it shows a range, the site records an analytics event with the type of spa and whether you used SDE or EBITDA. The spa valuation guide explains how the estimator turns your numbers into a range. If you continue to the request form, the type of spa and your revenue range carry over, so you do not have to enter them twice.
Buyer registration. If you want to buy a spa or med spa, the form on the spa buyer registration page is Wraith Brokerage's own buyer registration form, run by HubSpot. What you enter goes straight to the same HubSpot account and does not pass through this site's server. HubSpot's form script may set or read HubSpot cookies when the form loads, and may load Google reCAPTCHA to filter spam.
What do the analytics tools record?
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to see which pages are read. It also records four steps as events in both Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics: starting the valuation form, with the type of spa if one is already chosen; sending it, with the type of spa and revenue range; getting a range from the estimator, with the type of spa and whether you used SDE or EBITDA; and registering as a buyer. Your name, email address, phone number and the dollar figures you type are not part of these events.
Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast each page loads. Vercel, which hosts the site, receives your IP address with each request and may record it in its request logs.
Who receives your information?
What you send through this site goes to the HubSpot account described above and to the analytics and hosting providers named on this page. What Wraith Brokerage, LLC does with it after that is covered by Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy. Details about your spa are not shared with prospective buyers without your permission.

How do you make a privacy request?
